PU & Polyisocyanurate (PIR) Panels
Thermo Cooling Engineering has manufactured and supplied PU and PIR panels for over 20 years.
With in-house production, we have full control over quality and delivery for installation. Our panels are highly customisable and a range of core thickness, panel joints, and support finishing to choose from to meet specific requirements, design, and dimension of the cold room. Both type of panels can be installed vertically or horizontally.
PU panels are easy and quick to assembly and install with excellent insulating efficiency. They durable, relatively easy to maintain, and aesthetically pleasing. PIR panels are superior to fire resistance, more energy-saving for users, have stronger parallel compression strength, and there are no restrictions on length in a single panel.
Refrigeration Systems
Thermo Cooling Engineering not only has the required knowledge of refrigeration technology and the correct way to apply it but also has a comprehensive knowledge of customers’ products and processes. With the help of basic design data, such as climatic conditions, product data, quantities, desired temperatures and problem analysis, the optimum installation will be designed which fully meets the requirements of the customer.
